Job description
As a Telesales Representative your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure calling to Customers and Briefing them about the Project.
Ensure sending information to Customers about the Project.
Ensure updation of Customer database.
Ensure capturing the database of the new customer.
Coordination of customer information (from database) and customer touch points.
Ensure that staff is prepared/informed for planned site visits of customers for the particular Project.
Ensure implementation of customer information within CRM activities
Analysis, improvement, development of new CRM activities (also according to the requirement list)
