Job description
. Define and manage all formulations (i.e.- Bitumen, Emulsion, LDO etc.) Experience in bitumen sales, marketing
. Generate leads & close the sales Comprehensive knowledge of domestic bitumen market
. Ensure ontime delivery of the products to the customers Knowledge of petroleum industry and products
. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, targeting potential customers and key
industry players
. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
(influencing, negotiation and conflict resolution).
. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
. Stay abreast of current market trends and potential opportunities. Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing,
and market positioning. Conduct market research to identify new customers, industry segments, and emerging market trends
. Expand and strengthen our network of users, traders, and industry influencers.
. Collaborate with existing clients and forge new partnerships to drive business growth.
. Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility
and networking opportunities.
