Job description
We are seeking an experienced Manager - Ad Sales to lead digital advertising initiatives in Bangalore.
Drive revenue growth, foster client relationships, and achieve sales targets in the dynamic advertising landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Driving digital advertising sales for DSIJ.IN & Sell advertisement space for our fortnightly magazine
- Growing the existing business and adding new clients
- Expertise in Programmatic, Online Media Sales (Desktop + Mobile) & Email marketing
- Knowing and connecting with all major media buying agencies to be able to liaison with them on a daily basisManage Key accounts end to end, from acquisition, negotiation, on-boarding and client servicing
- Prepare the strategy to achieve monthly ad sales target
- Work on new sales opportunities by looking at the latest market trends
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good Interpersonal skills with a strong presentable approach
- Candidates must have at least 8-10 years of experience within the Digital Ad Sales/ Print media industry
- Candidates must have an established network in the corporate and ad agencies from prior experience
- Candidates must have a strong understanding of the industry
- Candidates should be a strong networker & relationship builder
- Candidates must be a target-oriented person, self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
- Candidate from digital media/ print media will be preferred
- Stock Market Knowledge will be an added advantage
