Position: IT Executive

Role: Network Administrator
Industry: FMCG Retail Chain Industry
Location: Sarita Vihar, New Delhi.
Salary Budget: 2.5 Lpa to 3.0 Lpa
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Executive will be responsible for overseeing all information technology operations, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and managing network administration.
- IT Executive will oversee IT personnel and liaise with other departments, ensuring that all technology operations run smoothly. Collaborate with departments to understand business needs and align IT strategies accordingly.Â
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of the organization's IT infrastructure. Implement and maintain hardware, software, and network systems to meet operational needs.
- Manage the office windows network including domain server and windows workstations
- Manage IT infrastructure including surveillance cameras and IPs.
Qualifications:
- Required years of experience, e.g., Minimum of year experience in Information Technology and IT Operations
- Experience in troubleshooting and technical support
- Expertise in network administration
- Ability to manage and lead IT personnel
- A strong understanding of business operations and goals
- Previous experience in the retail industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
