Job Description Group Leader Advisory
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handling team of Advisors TL/Dealers. Monitoring their performance revenue generation and cross sales.
Maintaining relationship with Premium clients.
Advising clients on Equity Derivatives Markets.
Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
Cross selling of other products like Mutual fund PMS Insurance.
Handling Queries & complains handling escalations and redressing queries within TAT.
Retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of clients financial requirements analysing information & recommending portfolios.
Monitoring & enhancing Advisors Advising skills through call tracking weekly targets & meetings con calls.
Responsible to train and develop exiting team to next level.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Qualifications: Educational Qualifications: Graduate or Equivalent.
Experience:
10Yr in Broking/Distribution of financial products/Relevant Industry
