Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our clients dynamic team in Mumbai

. The AI Developer will be instrumental in designing and implementing AI and ML models to

drive predictive analytics demand forecasting personalized experiences and operational

optimizations within our PaaM application.

• This is a contracttohire position.
• Only local candidates will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deploy AI/ML models that integrate seamlessly with the PaaM platform enhancing decisionmaking forecasting and personalization.
2. Collaborate with the data science team to preprocess and analyze large datasets identifying patterns and insights relevant to the FMCG sector.
3. Work closely with the development and integration teams to ensure AI models are effectively implemented and contribute to the platform s overall functionality.
4. Continuously research and apply the latest AI technologies and methodologies to keep the PaaM application at the forefront of innovation.
5. Ensure AI systems operate within ethical guidelines and comply with data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field.

Proven experience (3 years) in developing and deploying AI and ML models preferably in

the FMCG or ecommerce sectors.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java and AI/ML

frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.

Experience with data processing visualization tools and implementing AI models in cloud

environments (AWS Google Cloud Azure).

Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced

dynamic environment.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a

plus.
