Job description
We are actively seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a large hotel or resort setting. This opportunity involves relocating to a scenic resortstyle community in Montana offering a stable position with longterm growth prospects.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Inspect guest rooms public areas pool etc. postcleaning to ensure quality standards.
- Run sold room reports verify room status identify discrepant rooms prioritize room cleaning and update departing guest room status.
- Assist Housekeeping management in overseeing daily activities.
- Act as a liaison to coordinate efforts between Housekeeping Engineering Front Office and Laundry.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms in collaboration with the Front Desk.
- Prepare distribute and communicate changes in room assignments.
- Effectively communicate issues to the next shift and complete required paperwork.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in hotels or resorts with multiple rooms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
- Knowledge of quality standards and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to resolve issues and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Benefits

- Salary: $22 to $25 per hour
- Housing Benefits: Option for rent at $800 per month
