Job Requirement:
- Responsible for effective execution of the Sales policies pertaining to power generation business & driving the team to channel the excellence to contribute effectively towards business goals.
- Formulate the strategies to expand the business as per the market opportunities.
- Periodically reviewing the business plans & initiate the course actions accordingly for geographical expansions improving product penetration in the low penetration area/ niche markets to improve the SOB of business of the company.
- Implementation of promotional strategies specifically BTL to maximize conversion ratio share the market reports of the conversion ratio & effective utilization of allocated budget in the assigned territory.
- Continuous interface with the product design team/ manufacturing team for developing the products as per the market response.
- Administration of the sales incentive/promotion polices to improve the performance of the team dealers and OEA team & reviewing them periodically to get optimum performances.
- Research about the competitors & share reports with the manager for strategic business advantages.
- Ensuring timely collection of sales revenues & zero outstanding more than 90 days to support the business finances.
