Job description

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to build and manage doctor and physiotherapist prescription-led sales channels while exploring corporate and B2B sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the doctor and physiotherapist prescription-led channel. Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, including doctors, physiotherapists, clinics, and hospitals. Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of Brand Frido products and how they can improve the lives of their patients. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional materials and educational resources. Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management. Explore and develop corporate and B2B sales opportunities, including partnerships with businesses, wellness programs, and ergonomic consultants. Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote Brand Frido products and generate new leads. Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of the healthcare market and the prescription-led sales process. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successfully building and managing sales channels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to travel as needed.
