Sniper Systems and Solutions, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in product sales. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of industry experience into corporate sales, specifically in selling products such as Apple, Samsung, Lenovo, Dell, Adobe, Autodesk, and other leading brands.
Responsibilities:
· Identify and target potential clients and customers in the assigned market segment.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to drive sales and meet customer needs.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
· Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both parties.
· Track and analyse sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
· Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
· Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network and generate leads.
· Occasionally, conduct field visits to meet with clients, understand their requirements, and provide personalised solutions.
Requirements:
· Minimum 4+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology industry.
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
· Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
· Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for technology and sales.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and positive attitude.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
· Willingness to travel occasionally for field visits.
