HR- RECRUITER
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter who will take ownership of the recruiting process. The responsibilities will include Sourcing, headhunting, Job posting, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates.
Education - Master's Degree in Human Resources
Experience - Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in recruiting consultancy
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting initial phone interview screening to assess candidates' skill level, interest and cultural fit.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
- Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
- Use multi-channel approach to recruit
- Evaluate which sources bring best candidates and maintain strong talent pool
- Identify key recruiting KPIs
- Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress.
Recruiter Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources.
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good decision-making skills.
