Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for various administrative functions relating to Group Retirement Plans including RRSP, DPSP, and various non-registered products. You will work closely with a Group Retirement Services Customer Service Specialist to assist them in their day-to-day caseload administration. You must become familiar with the Group Pension Administration System (GPAS) and various GRS processes.

- Processing of cash withdrawals
- Handling member and member plan maintenance on GPAS
- Handling basic related inquiries

- Is organized and able to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- Is self-motivated with an ability to effectively multi-task and be comfortable with tight deadlines; results oriented
- Instills quality in day-to-day activities/processes
- Requires strong interpersonal skills - team player a must
- Is fluent in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of rules and regulations as they relate to GRS products would be an asset
- Knowledge of investment/retirement arrangements and/or business processes within GRS would be an asset
