Position Title: Full Stack Technical Lead( MERN ) Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Onsite) About the Company: Sustainability Economics is a global organisation targeting the markets of US, Japan, EU, UK, Canada and Singapore. Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and experience in React JS, Node JS, AWS.and microservice architecture. As the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions. Key Tasks & Accountability: · Leading a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance web applications. · Collaborating with program managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. · Architecting and implementing robust and scalable backend solutions using Node.js and related technologies. · Developing interactive and responsive user interfaces using React.js and other front-end technologies. · Integrating third-party APIs and services to enhance the functionality of web applications. · Implementing and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure on AWS to ensure reliability, scalability, and security. · Conducting code reviews, providing technical guidance, and mentoring junior team members to ensure code quality and best practices. · Proactively identifying and addressing technical challenges and performance bottlenecks. · Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Education and Experience: Domain expertise and qualifications include, but are not limited to: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. · 5-10 years of experience in full stack web development, with a focus on React.js, Node.js, and AWS technologies and microservices. · Proven track record of leading successful development projects from concept to delivery. · Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns. · Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban. · Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Skills: · Proficiency in React.js and Redux for building dynamic and interactive user interfaces. · Expertise in Node.js and Express.js for developing scalable and efficient backend services. · Deep understanding of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB. · Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices design patterns. · Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or PostgreSQL. · Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). · Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. · Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. · Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
