Business Development Head needed for an Education Group.

Role - This role is based in Gujarat however the selected candidate has to travel Pan India basis requirement. The Business Development Head is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, fostering partnerships, and enhancing the overall financial sustainability of the school. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to attract new students, engage with parents, and cultivate relationships with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning

Student Enrollment Partnership Development Brand Management
Financial Management Event Management Data Analysis Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
Qualification and Skills -

Should be MBA/PGDM
Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.

Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
15 to 20 years of working experience handling business development.
