About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and energetic professional Customer Relation Executive who

will be responsible to monitor escalations, enhance e ciency, analyse metrics, handle

high-priority issues, collaborate with teams, and stay up-to-date with industry trends for

exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and concerns

professionally.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Implement strategies for customer retention and encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Analyse feedback to suggest process improvements and optimise customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Proven experience in customer service or relationship management.

Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.

Problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude.

Time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks e ciently
