Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Cold Outreach: Identify and target potential clients in various sectors

initiating contact through cold calls emails and social media outreach to generate new

business leads.

Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients understand

their needs and guide them through the insurance options available aiming to convert these

leads into sales.

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and

existing clients providing ongoing support and advice to ensure their satisfaction and

encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Strategy and Execution: Create and execute effective sales strategies based on

thorough market research and competitor analysis focusing on meeting or exceeding sales

targets.

Product Knowledge and Presentation: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the range of

insurance products offered especially cyber insurance and effectively communicate their

benefits and features to clients.

Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the marketing product and customer

service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving the companys sales and

customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: A Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related

field with a Masters degree or MBA preferred.

Minimum 2 years experience.

Sales Experience: Proven track record in business development and sales with

experience in the insurance sector highly regarded.

Understanding of Cyber Insurance: Previous experience selling cyber insurance or a

willingness to learn about cyber risks and insurance solutions is a significant

advantage.

Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills capable

of building strong relationships and effectively presenting complex information.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse market trends and customer needs to develop

strategic sales plans and adapt to changing environments.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals and

achieve sales targets.

SelfMotivated: Independent worker with the ability to also collaborate effectively as

part of a team often under pressure and tight deadlines.
