Job Title: Oracle Apps Technical Lead Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of Oracle Applications and will be responsible for leading a team of technical professionals in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle Apps solutions. Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Oracle Apps development team. Collaborate with functional leads to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. System Design and Development: Lead the design and development of customizations, extensions, and interfaces within Oracle Applications. Ensure adherence to Oracle development best practices and standards. Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality, scalability, and maintainability of custom code. Implement and enforce coding standards and development methodologies. Integration and Middleware: Design and implement integrations between Oracle Applications and other enterprise systems. Work with middleware technologies to facilitate seamless data flow and communication. Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize the performance of Oracle Applications through code improvements and system tuning. Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues. Customization and Extension: Customize Oracle Applications modules to meet specific business requirements. Develop extensions and enhancements to Oracle Apps functionality as needed. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and development work. Ensure documentation is comprehensive and up-to-date. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users. Communicate technical solutions and challenges effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Oracle Apps Technical Lead or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications architecture, data models, and technical components. Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow. Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF). Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Applications Certification. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Applications. Experience with version control systems and deployment tools. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware.
