Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - In Process Quality in Ludhiana. The Manager will be responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of the production process, ensuring compliance with industry standards, developing and implementing quality control plans, and analyzing data to identify and resolve quality issues.
Qualifications
- Business Process Improvement, Quality Control, Quality Management, and Quality Assurance skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and identify quality issues
- Experience in managing quality teams and leading quality improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control and assurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Quality certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO 9001 are desirable
