Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Interior Designer. The Assistant Interior Designer will be responsible for tasks such as space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E.

Qualifications

• Experience in Space Planning and Architecture
• Experience in Construction Drawings and Interior Design
• Experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Auto Cad, Sketch Up, 3ds Max, and Photoshop
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
• Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
• Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree 2 - 3 years of experience in related field Proficient in Auto Cad and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute

Relevant skills and qualifications for this role include attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of design. Experience with project management and knowledge of building codes and regulations would be beneficial.
