Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager with Consilior IT in Noida . The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, developing financial strategies, conducting analysis, preparing financial reports, and establishing and enforcing financial policies and procedures. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, forecasting revenue and expenses, and assisting with audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications:

• Strong financial analysis skills, with proficiency in accounting principles and techniques, financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting
• Experience in financial management and reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Familiarity with financial software and systems, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial personnel
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Professional certification, such as a CPA or CMA, is preferred but not required
