Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. As a Customer Care Executive at Nova IVF Fertility, you will be responsible for handling patient queries and providing patient assistance throughout their journey with Nova IVF Fertility. You will also be responsible for booking patient appointments and updating patient records. You will work closely with patients and the medical team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any field from a recognized institution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
• Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or customer service industry is desirable
• Fluency in English, with knowledge of other regional languages being an added advantage
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
