Job Role: Technical Support Engineer
Job Type: Intern cum Full Time - Work From Office
Experience: 0.6 - 1 years of Experience in Technical Support or Relevant Knowledge with Certification
Qualification: Any Graduate
Work Location : Hyderabad
Mandatory to Note:
- Stipend: 25k per month
- Internship Duration: 3 months
- CTC: 3.6 LPA to 4.0 LPA (After Full-Time Conversion)
- Working Hours: 8 Hours per day, 6 days a week
- Requirements: Having a laptop would be added advantage
- Other Remarks: Conversion to full-time is based on performance and requirements.
Skills
- Good analytical and comprehension skills.
- Knowledge in any one of the programming languages and aptitude (aligning with Fresher IT requirements)
- Command of the English language: an eye for detail, grammar, and proofreading skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
- Good Command on Excel
Roles and Responsibilities:
Course Content Management:
- Efficiently load and update course content onto our Learning Management System (LMS) in accordance with established schedules and quality standards.
- Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and engaging content delivery.
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of course materials, ensuring a seamless learning experience for our users.
Technical Ticket Resolution:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve user inquiries, issues, or tickets related to the LMS, course content, and associated technologies.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by users, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Document and track support tickets to ensure that all issues are resolved satisfactorily and within established service-level agreements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with the technical support team to identify recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to the LMS and associated processes.
- Stay current with the latest trends in e-learning technology and provide suggestions for enhancements to enhance the user experience.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content developers, IT to address technical challenges and ensure a seamless educational experience.
