Job description
Job Description : We are looking for a skilled Production Support Engineer with expertise in .NET development, PL/SQL, shell scripting, and a solid understanding of ITIL processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing technical support for production systems, coupled with knowledge of CI/CD tools and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Key Responsibilities : - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for .NET-based production systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability. - Analyze and resolve incidents and service requests within defined SLA parameters, adhering to ITIL best practices. - Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts for database operations and data manipulation. - Write and maintain shell scripts for automating routine tasks and system administration activities. - Collaborate with development teams to identify and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues. - Monitor system health and performance metrics, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing preventive measures. - Document production support processes, procedures, and incident resolution steps.
