Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Manager located in Sadaseopet. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, staffing, benefits management, training, and development. Additional responsibilities include employee documentation, handling grievance redressal, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.

• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, and employee relations
• Ability to work proactively to identify and resolve HR issues
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Flexible and adaptive to changing demands and priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
