Open Position - 1, Job Description for Electrical Design Engineer –
- Electrical Turnkey design for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing & Cleanroom Domain.
- Design and Calculation of Light fixtures as per Lux Requirements (Selection of appropriate type for cleanrooms and Pharma)
- Design and Calculation/estimation of Low Voltage (CCTV, LAN, Telephone Network, Fire Safety, Access controllers and Interlocks)
- Design and Calculation of Medium Voltage (Power Cable Schedules, Cable sizing, Cable Tray Layouts/estimation, Voltage drop analysis, Earthing Calculations, LA Sizing, Transformer Sizing, MCC/PCC Panel Sizing, APFC, ATS)
- Must have knowledge about area classification hazardous zones and pharma classification as per GMP & IEEE.
- Must have knowledge of selection appropriate switchgears according to the application.
- Should be able to negotiate with vendors for Procurement.
- Should have understanding about project estimation, design and installation procedures with troubleshooting.
- Must have knowledge for preparation of SLD's and Distribution drawings.
- Must have knowledge about power distribution and equipment sizing.
- Must be able to understand project requirements and analysing change orders and specifications as per requirements.
- Must have the ability to design complete electrical scheme on its own as per requirements.
- Must have understanding on UPS battery sizing and DG Set Sizing.
