Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. They will also provide training to sales staff and collaborate with sales management to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales and sales management
- Experience in providing sales training
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the Architectural and Government business is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
