As a Finance Business Analyst within the Corporate Investment Banking Finance and Business Management India projects team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with Finance & Technology teams across various lines of business.
Your role will involve enhancing your skills in documenting business requirements, designing plans, strategizing test plans, and discussing and documenting operating models. You will also be responsible for initiating test strategy planning, setting up testing environments, and working closely with Project Managers during end-to-end project execution. This role provides an opportunity to develop your overall business domain & project management skills by deepening your understanding of each project and related business processes.
Job Responsibilities - Provides you an opportunity to partner with Finance & Technology team across various lines of business for program/project delivery for Finance users.
- Enhance your skill around documenting business requirements, design plan, test strategy planning & operating model discussion & documentation.
- You have an opportunity to initiate Test strategy planning, testing environment setups, communication & agreement around Critical Success Criteria with both Technology & Business teams.
- You will have the opportunity to work closely with Project Manager during end-to-end project execution & contribute towards project plans, dependencies/risks/issues management and tracking benefits realization.
- Build your overall business domain & project management skills by advancing your knowledge of each project and related business processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills. - Good understanding of accounting banking & finance products,
- Data analysis & impact assessment of the assigned requirement,
- With a Strong understanding/ inclination to learn data structures, database design, system/data flows.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills - Finance background preferred (Bachelor's degree in finance , CA, MBA Finance).
- Preference to BE with experience in finance sector or Finance projects.
- Good to have an understanding SQL and automation tools like Alteryx.
