Job description
Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in DuckCreek Claims software development.- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processing and related business processes.- Proficiency in DuckCreek Technologies software suite, including DuckCreek Claims.- Experience with DuckCreek Example Platform (Author, Express, etc.).- Solid understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and documentation.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications :- DuckCreek Claims certification.- Experience with DuckCreek Anywhere API.- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.- Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations.Responsibilities :DuckCreek Claims Development :- Design, develop, and implement DuckCreek Claims software solutions to meet business requirements.- Customize and configure DuckCreek Claims components based on project needs.- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.Integration and Implementation :- Integrate DuckCreek Claims applications with other systems and third-party services as needed.- Ensure seamless deployment and implementation of DuckCreek Claims solutions in a production environment.Code Review and Optimization :- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.- Identify opportunities for code optimization and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.Testing and Quality Assurance :- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for DuckCreek Claims applications.- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software.Documentation :- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and release notes.- Provide documentation for code changes, configurations, and integrations.Collaboration and Communication :- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide regular project updates.
