Job description

As an HR Assistant at Shikshakji.com, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR operations, recruitment efforts, and HR software management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR while contributing to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.

Collaborate with HR team members on various HR operations tasks, such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Support the management and utilization of HR software systems.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of HR documents, reports, and databases.

Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Participate in training programs to enhance HR skills and knowledge.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Freshers are welcome).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
