Job description
Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant
Qualifications
10+ years of IT experience
5+ years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) Payroll with at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
Strong functional knowledge of the Oracle HCM Payroll system
Experience managing incident tickets and projects, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation.
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel
Experience handling Payroll Production support issues.
End to end knowledge and experience in running all payroll processes, such as prepayments, calculate Pay, archive process etc.
Good understanding of correlations between statement of earnings (deductions etc.) with element entries.
Troubleshoot Payroll Integrations to Third Party, Fast formulas, HCM Extracts, Payroll Reports.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required.

As an Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant, you will use your knowledge and experience to help your clients solve core HR and Payroll issues.
Working closely with a large team to deliver results for your client.

Skill: Technofunctional (HCM Fusion) (Preferably Techno-functional in NA payroll) ( 60% Technical and 40 % Functional with Payroll experience)
