Experience: 2-5 years

Responsibilities:

2. -Manage and optimize HR-MIS for accurate and efficient data handling.
3. -Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline processes.
4. -Ensure data integrity, conduct regular audits, and comply with regulations.
5. -Create visually appealing dashboards for HR metrics presentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, MIS, Data Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in HR-MIS and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
