Job description
An Associate Art Director holds the responsibility of devising design solutions with a strong visual impact. This role encompasses attentive client listening and comprehension of their requirements before making design choices. The design brief may originate from the client, creative director, or account manager.
Required Skills:
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops diverse layouts and illustrations, web design structures, and typography in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Generates visual remedies for communication needs, leveraging a blend of creative talents and business acumen.
- Manages multiple tasks concurrently, utilizing a wide array of media such as photography and computer-aided design.
- Stays informed about prevailing trends in visual arts, possesses working familiarity with the latest computer software, comprehends material expenses and time constraints, all of which impact the design process.
- Crafts professional designs and arrangements for promotional materials, encompassing templates, handouts, advertisements, posters, signs, logos, and other visual configurations.
- Chooses the most suitable style, technique, and medium for organizational promotional strategies.
- Generates fresh, distinctive illustrations, inventive print layouts, and preliminary sketches for presentations and organizational brochures, while designing website graphics consistent with branding directives.
- Displays meticulous attention to detail, adapts flexibly, remains self-motivated, and adheres to deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in the advertising domain .
- Proficient in Mac OSX, Windows, and various software applications, notably Adobe Suite.
- Possesses a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Art, or a related field; equivalent practical experience would be advantageous.
