Job Description We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head with a strong background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successful marketing strategies within the hospitality sector, specifically having worked with multiple outlets in India. As the Marketing Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives to elevate brand presence and drive customer engagement across our diverse portfolio of establishments.
Key Responsibilities - Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and lead the implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Create marketing plans tailored to the unique characteristics and offerings of each outlet.
- Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent and compelling brand image across all outlets.
- Ensure that marketing efforts reflect the distinct identity of each establishment while aligning with the overarching brand strategy.
- Multi-Outlet Campaigns:
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns that span multiple outlets, taking into account regional nuances and preferences.
- Implement strategies to cross-promote offerings and enhance the synergy between different establishments.
- Digital Marketing Excellence:
- Lead the digital marketing initiatives, including social media, online advertising, and website management.
- Leverage digital analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Collaborations and Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with influencers, local businesses, and organizations to enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate and execute collaborations that resonate with the diverse customer base across outlets.
- Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

Qualifications And Experience - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Head in the hospitality industry with a focus on managing multiple outlets in India.
- In-depth knowledge of the Indian hospitality market and consumer behavior.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
