Overview: We are looking for smart and hardworking BDRs and researchers to prospect for new leads for our clients and amplify their sales. Our mission is to deeply understand our clients and their markets, driving success through targeted insights. While the primarily responsibility of this role is to generate new leads, our BDRs and researchers will need to excel in detailed market and audience analysis. Attention to detail is required and a familiarity with technology and business is highly valued. As we are a small company growing rapidly, this is a role that would suit independently driven individuals looking for rapid growth in their careers. Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Collect data such as first name, company name, and email, of key decision makers at prospective companies. Target Audience Research: Analyze and record key insights about each company's customer base, ensuring a thorough understanding of a company's target market audience. Reach performance metrics: Find at least 50 potential company prospects a day, equivalent to over 100 email leads Requirements: While not required, an interest in technology and business is highly valued. Fluency in English Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent work ethic Ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain high levels of accuracy. Proactive attitude and attention to detail. Salary: Our entry level compensation begins at 400 USD a month, while high performers can reach up to 750 USD a month, including bonuses.
