Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Testing and Evaluation "1. Understanding the test plan and test procedures and execution of vehicle level and aggregate level test as per the test standards and test plan to meet testing targets

2. Efficiently organizing test resources and activities at testing site to ensure completion of testing on stipulated time with minimal rework and wastages

3. Provide proactive product feedback through test reports to design team for speedy incorporation into design change and part improvement

4. Keeping a track of resources- manpower, tools, equipments and spares for testing and ensure that related issues are resolved by a proactive approach by taking help from seniors or raising the issue

5. Coordinate with external agencies to enable the equipment to be instrumented for testing

6. Capturing product deficiencies and verify performance and durability under all operating conditions

7. Collaborative working with other system and functional teams to realize quality, cost and time objectives of the program by providing timely support to other system groups, sourcing, manufacturing engineering groups by way of technical clarifications
8. Ensure that mistakes made during testing are reduced through continuous learning in the area of testing
