The Position is of JB 10
To assist the Zonal Head in various day to day activities and decision making by producing relevant information in the form of reports and other appropriate formats in a timely and effective manner. Also involves coordination with regions.
Generate & Analyze Price MIS to identify & correct :- Collect and collate price depot wise from each region on a weekly basis. Prepare MIS report for the perusal of Zonal Head Analyze market price trend w.r.t competitors to identify and highlight variances Discuss observations on price trends with the regional heads marketing
Collect & collate data to help finalize promotional schemes :- Coordinate and facilitate finalization of depot- wise RD by Zonal Head in consultation with regional heads. Communicate the changes to each region on a regular
basis.
Prepare reports to facilitate planning & budgeting for Zone :- Collect , Collate and Analyze all relevant data for Planning and budgeting working as required by Zonal Head and CMO
Provide relevant data to Zonal Head as per requirement
Cemtrack & Rural Marketing Data Analysis Create a comprehensive format for collecting ground level Cemtrack & Rural Marketing Data which is authentic and can be validated at the lowest levels Coordinate with regions to get monthly updates on Cemtrack & Rural Marketing data is set format Verify accuracy of data, collate and analyze depot wise Look at past trends and present status of depots to derive an appropriate action plan to improve overall reach
Undertake new project initiatives to achieve zonal goals Ideate on potential projects that can help achieve zonal goals or bring about improvement in existing processes and target achievements Create proposals / action plans for execution of promising ideas Take approval from concerned authorities and put plan to execution with the
assistance of Zonal Head
