Job Title: Consultant Senior Digital Therapy Associate
Job Summary: Understanding the unique needs of individuals with Autism and other Neurodivergent conditions. Transforming these needs into digital interactive learning modules and leveraging technology to facilitate skill acquisition development. Integrating learning modules to support personal therapy sessions. Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with a cross-functional team of professionals in psychology and technology. Write scripts for effective teaching materials, spanning video, animation, game, and AI modes of learning for direct interaction between parents and Neurodivergent individuals. Generate and analyze reports to track the progress of individuals on their learning journeys. Contribute to the design of innovative AI-driven teaching and learning methods tailored for Neurodivergent individuals. Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills): Background in Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Special Education, Clinical Psychology, or a Master's/graduate degree in Psychology. RBT certification or any graduate degree with a passion for working in this field. Minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience working with neurodivergent Children as a therapist in a therapy centre as an individual therapist. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work cohesively within a team, adhering to timelines and achieving targets.Job tags
