Job   Role - Area Manager - Renewals 

 

Location - Andheri (E), Mumbai

 

Qualification - Graduate

 

Experience -  Minimum 6-7 years

 

 

Job   Responsibilities - 

 

+ Listen to calls of tele callers, give feedback and suggestions

+ Handle a team of team leaders and drive the monthly targets
+ Provide product training to the team

+ Plan training program for the team
+ To handle escalation and solve within the defined timelines if any
+ Playing an instrumental  role in achievement of team and overall campaign targets.
+ Develop and maintain a positive working environment for team members development of the business plan.

 

Skill Set-

 

+ Excellent communication skills
+ Team Handling Experience is a must 

+  Renewals experience is a must  (Subject Matter Expert)

+ Must have general insurance background (BPO preferred)
+ Candidates must have Experience in Health and Motor Insurance
