Job description

Role: Executive Assistant

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Location: Delhi NCR

Salary: 3 to 4 L PA

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to executives and managers within the organization.

Assist in preparing, organizing, and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.

Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments and handling any conflicts.

Draft and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports, both internally and externally.

Maintain and update company databases, files, and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare and analyze data and reports using various software and tools, providing insights and recommendations as necessary.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and maintain strict confidentiality.

Conduct research and compile information to support decision-making and planning processes.

Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and information.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth flow of information and execution.

Assist with budget management and financial analysis, as per the requirements.

Provide administrative support to other team members, as needed.

Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and ordering supplies.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and suggest innovative ideas for process improvements.

Skills

Strong EA/PA skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

Proficient in using MIS (Management Information Systems) tools and software.

Excellent typing skills and knowledge of various office software.

Strong administrative and organizational abilities.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
