Job Description :-
- Develop and implement effective retail business strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Drive sales growth through the development and execution of effective sales plans.
- Collaborate with the sales team to establish and maintain relationships with retail partners and key accounts.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Identify potential retail locations, negotiate leases, and oversee the setup of new retail outlets.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient retail operations.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Use data and insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to the business strategy.
- Develop and manage budgets related to retail business development activities.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail business development or a related field.
- Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role is highly desirable.
