Job Title: Onboarding Specialist – US STAFFING
Domain: IT/ Non IT/ Finance/ HealthCare/ Manufacturing
Location: Zirakpur
Full Time/ Night Shifts only – EST Time Zone
SALARY- Depending upon experience.

Responsibilities:
Daily Interactions with Interviewing Candidates and required Salary Negotiations.
Responsible for convincing the Interviewing candidates to take the Jobs offered.
Responsible to minimalize the number of backing out candidates upon receiving the
offers.
You will be the first point of contact for new consultant and hiring manager from offer
accept through onboarding
Sending Onboarding paperwork, tax form, I9 form, client docs, etc. to new hires.
Working with the Recruiter Managers to achieve efficient onboarding and supporting
them at every point.
Reviewing their onboarding and sharing final approvals.
Interacting with Candidate for any employment-related concerns.
To ensure Onboarding Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed
with operations team and other key stakeholders.
Desired Skills
Bachelor's Degree and Overall work experience of 3+ years within US Staffing
Candidate Onboarding.
Strong written and verbal communication skill.
Should have interacted with candidates who are at the interviewing stage and should have
done Salary Negotiations
Preferably convincing the selected candidates to take up the Job offered and processed
the onboarding formalities
Must be comfortable working in EST shifts.
Strong understanding of technical requirements.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
