Main purpose of position Currently we are looking for a
Solar Plant O&M Trainee in Melaka, Malaysia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision –
Improving our future. As our Solar Plant O&M Trainee it's the responsibility to provide additional support to various projects or departments during period of high workload, assisting and learning from experienced staff member.
Main Responsibilities - Learning and development
- Assisting with tasks (PV Combiner box inspections, Inverters etc)
- Following safety protocol (HSSE Program inspections)
- Participation in Training (HSSE Trainings and On-Job Training)
- Applying knowledge (Assist site team in analysing data)
- Providing support (Monthly reporting and updates)
Qualifications And Competencies - Education: A Degree or Diploma or Certification in any field of Engineering.
- Experience: No working experience required.
- Language: Fluent both in written and spoken Bahasa and English.
- Skills: Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team and willingness to learn.
