Job Overview
The Showroom Manager at Reliance Retail Ltd is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the showroom. Qualifications and Skills
- 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong customer orientation and ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth
- Analytical ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using inventory management systems and other relevant software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and motivate a team of showroom staff, including training and development
