- 5+ years of Salesforce admin/developer/analyst experience
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
- Proven experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud Service Cloud products, such as Sales/Leads/Opportunities, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot), and Field Service
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning components, configuration, object relationships, app management administration
- Proven experience managing ticket/support queues SLAs, combined with excellent customer service skills.
- Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling and data modeling.
- Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.
- Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of software systems, both on-premises and cloud-based (e.g. Azure, AWS, private cloud)
- Working technical knowledge of scripting languages and automation (RPA) are an asset.
- Ability to apply statistical and other research methods into systems issues and products as required.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
- Hands-on technical writing and editing experience, with specific experience in documenting information technology software/systems and requirements gathering documentation.
- Knowledge of trends in technology relating to software applications, especially Services Oriented Architecture, Enterprise Service Bus, XML, integration strategies, cloud computing, etc.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales process from lead to asset, from asset to service opportunity.
- Understanding of Configure Price Quote (CPQ) and e-Commerce architectures
Good to Haves:
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CBAP or Salesforce/Oracle
- Certified CRM admin
