Job description
You will develop relationships to understand Talent500s continually evolving Global Technology organization. You will develop unique recruiting strategies and be a consultant to hiring managers and senior leaders, along with a focus on proactive networking, diversity hiring, and innovation approaches to passive candidate engagement. You will build and manage progressive strategies to identify, source, assess, and recommend the worlds top leadership talent for our technology business.
You will provide subject matter expertise on Talent500's recruitment processes and champion changes in process or philosophy. You will lead the process of developing and executing a Technology recruitment strategy for a key talent pool, working with Human Resources Business Partners and Global Technology Leaders. You will utilize broad market knowledge and creatively network to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent communities. By hiring for its most critical technology talent spaces, the successful candidate will have tremendous impact on the future of building and scaling Talent500 s global technology executive leadership.
