Job description

Your responsibilities will include:

Complete Life Cycle Resume Marketing for US-Based Companies for Technical Positions Identify client requirements for existing IT resources as they become available. Identify new clients (tier-1 vendor’s direct clients) & also need to have a good network of tier-1 vendors & Direct clients for providing staffing solutions.

Qualifications Required A consultant 3 - 5 years with proven bench sales (H1B, OPT, EAD, GC, and Citizens) experience in the US IT consulting industry. Must have a good understanding of US staffing business, sales, and recruitment process. Ability to develop long-lasting vendor relationships. Must have a well maintained tier-1 vendor list. Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, etc. to source C2C requirements. Must have good experience in cold calling, rate negotiation, and also need to have good convincing and closing skills. Agility to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results. Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills. Focus and dedication to work online with repetitive tasks. Must be willing to work in the night shift (US time zones).
