Hard Rock Cafe, Bengaluru is hiring dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager!

To implement strategic sales & marketing initiatives for cafe within region by driving consumer direct and B2B sales that complement company and cafe goals. Individual to act as key regional liaison for Hard Rock Cafe towards vendor, tour & travel, corporate, media, and association industry partners. Must work closely with the corporate sales & marketing team in understanding overall company strategic plan while being involved in the development of local business plans and relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in developing local annual marketing plan including event calendar, with detailed activities to follow during the year.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining local marketing and promotional strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Participate in the conceptualization and organization of primary and secondary Tentpole and new events/ properties to be rolled, together with Events Team, GMs and Sales & Marketing Managers from other cities
• Evaluates and track customer research, customer feedback, market conditions, religious festivals/ events, door feedback from guest and competitor data on a regular basis

· Track and analyze sales against forecast together with footfalls and APC

· Track ROIs for regular band nights and spike events

· Conducting corporate sales calls and tracking them with regular updates

· Looking at achieving extra sales by forming relationships with tour operators, travel agents, event management companies, cruise liners etc.

• Prepare monthly event roster and coordinate with bands for necessary tech riders and travel details if from out of station

· Prepare event details specific to each city and carry out execution in conjunction with outlets (concept note, event flow, targets etc.) as per standard templates

· Communicate and establish relationships with all beverage sponsors and ensuring all commitments from a branding and event perspective are carried out as per existing specifications

· Coordinate with vendors for set up of decorations, talent, props etc. as and when required

· Coordinate with PR Agency to achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage for regular and spike events.

• Collection and maintenance of database specific to each city together with all guest feedback Send out all Birthday and Anniversary communications to database
• · Preparation and sending out of all promotional emailers, newsletters and SMSs
