Job description
Responsibilities:
o Generate awareness in the state about the brand
o Build a sales, service & marketing team from ground up for the state
o Set retail sale targets for dealerships and assist in their achievement
o Maintain relationships with state level financiers, banks & NBFCs
o Conceive and execute a vision for brand in Tractor Sales
o Scout & appoint new dealerships & build a sales network
o Create a sustainable business in state with accountability for expenses
