Business Information: Our Indian Operations Centre (INOPC ) is a competence centre with around 2000+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, functional system testing, installation supervision, and commissioning. Over the last decade, INOPC has evolved to become the largest engineering hub serving more than 40 countries across different energy sectors. The team caters to the four business units—Transformers, Grid Integration, Grid Automation, High Voltage and has successfully executed engineering and commissioning for projects in more than 80 countries.
Mission Statement HVDC is looking for an Internal Quality Auditor to work together with us in Global team with plenty of opportunities. In this role you will be part of the Quality team that are dedicated to implement a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, to increase Customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable way.
As our Internal Auditor, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting of internal audits. With a focus on ISO 9001:2015, you will identify risks and controls, provide recommendations for improvement, and communicate findings to management and stakeholders. In addition, you will stay up to date with industry best practices and changes in regulations, ensuring that our company is always operating at the highest level of efficiency and compliance.
In this role you will collaborate with different stakeholders across the organization to improve the Customer satisfaction and Quality culture.
Your Responsibilities - Planning, executing, and reporting of internal audits, with focus on ISO9001.
- To manage and maintain Quality Management System and compliance with ISO9001.
- Perform and execute the audit plan that covers internal ISO audits including Process, Project, Project site audits and other assessments such as GQSA and supporting External audit.
- Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders in planning, conducting and follow-up of project/site/customer audits and assessments.
- Apply Quality methods, processes, and tools to support handling of quality issues.
- Identify risks and give recommendations for improvements.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Support the organization in Process Management and Process Governance.
- Analyze the audit performance data and drive for an action.
- Support handling of audit non-conformities
- Potential travel to different HVDC sites for internal audits of processes and products.

Your Background - Education Qualification: Bachelor Degree in B. E. /B. Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic with minimum 7-10 years of experience as Quality Lead auditor.
- Candidate must have good knowledge of ISO9001 is mandatory while knowledge of ISO45001 and/or ISO14001 is preferrable.
- Candidate should have experience in quality tools Six Sigma concepts,8D, JDI, KAIZEN,7QC tools and Power BI .
- Should have solid communication and influencing skills to address and build trust with people on different organizational levels.
- Should be a team player who facilitates and build on the ideas of others, share information and expertise, and work towards common goals.
- You also have certified internal auditor with experience in conducting audits.
