Job description
Test Processes and Methodologies (75%)
Managing End to End - All Customer Services CRM - related changes. Should manage collections CRM too
CEMS Testing Management
Statementing Testing Management
Remittances Test Management
Dispute Process test management
Responsible for Support to all Digital Channels(Website/Mobile App/ILA etc) testings support
Remittances/Chargeback Process Related changes
Coordination with multiple stakeholders for timely execution of projects
Single handedly working with 7-8 Program managers and managing multiple testing projects at same time.
Be updated on the latest testing techniques, strategies, testing tools/ test frameworks and so on
Be aware of the current and upcoming projects in the organization
Review and analyze the project requirements
Plan and organize the knowledge transfer to the Software Test Engineers and self
Collect the queries related to the requirements and get them resolved by the business assigned to the project
Plan, organize and lead the testing kick-off meeting
Scope the required tests
Design the required test strategy in line with the scope and organization standards
Create the software test plan, get it reviewed and approved/ signed-off by the relevant stakeholders
Estimate the test effort and team (size, skills, attitude and schedule)
Create the test schedule (tasks, dependencies and assigned team members)
Identify any test metrics to be gathered
Review the test cases and test data generated by the Software Test Engineers and get them to address the review comments
Track the new/ updated requirements in the project and modify testing artifacts accordingly
Determine, procure, control, maintain and optimize the test environment (hardware, software and network)
Administer the project in the test management system
Administer the Application under test (e.g. add users for the tests), as required
Assign tasks to the Software Test Engineers based on the software test plan
Check the status of each assigned task daily and resolve any issues faced by the team members with their tasks
Handling small team of test engineers
Test Automation (25%)
Create and maintain the required test automation framework(s)
Evaluate and identify the required test automation and test management tools
Review the test automation created by the Software Test Engineers and get them to address the review comments
Own and maintain the test automation suite of the project
Schedule and execute the test automation on the project
Strong experience in developing and deploying automation suites using QTP
Experience in developing and using Automation Frameworks
Able to establish and/or confirm requirements and produce high quality stress, load and performance test strategies, plans and associated documents
Able to identify, procure and manage environments and data required for testing.
Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to think laterally, both tactically and strategically.
Able to accurately analyse performance test results and present results and analysis in both technical and business language.
Able to identify and isolate performance bottlenecks, defects and problems and provide advice/assistance to rectify issues
Able to provide accurate reporting on test status as well as reporting and escalating risks and issues appropriately.
Understanding of testing processes and procedures and complete software development lifecycle
